Information we use
Your name, email and account sign-in details; onboarding answers such as niche, platforms, goals and available time; saved pitches, plans, brand opportunities, progress figures and reviews; and purchase references and access dates. Stripe processes card payments. The app does not store full card numbers.
Why we use it
To provide your account and purchased access, personalise your weekly actions, save your work, respond to support requests and keep the service secure. Contract performance is the intended basis for providing purchased services; security and support may rely on legitimate interests, and required accounting records on legal obligations. Any optional marketing needs its own appropriate basis.
Access and providers
Your creator records are private to your account rather than visible to other members. Authorised administrators can access records to operate and support the service. Lovable Cloud provides hosting and account storage, and Stripe handles payments. Google is involved if you choose Google sign-in. Necessary sign-in storage keeps you signed in; this notice does not give consent for optional tracking.
Retention and your choices
Expiry of paid access does not automatically delete saved work. You can request a copy, correction or deletion of personal information by emailing creatorincomeedit@gmail.com. Some records may need to be retained for legal, accounting or security reasons; the specific retention periods must be finalised before launch.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection rights include access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it.
