What you buy
Access to personalised weekly priorities, the learning library, Content Lab, Income Toolkit and progress tracking. Access begins after successful payment; a renewal adds 12 months after any remaining access. Your account page shows the recorded start and end dates.
When your year ends
Paid tools become unavailable until you choose to renew. You will not be charged automatically. Your account and saved work are not automatically deleted when access expires, so you can pick up where you left off after renewal. Account help remains available.
Cancellation and refunds
We do not offer an additional voluntary refund guarantee. Your statutory rights are unaffected. UK consumers generally have a 14-day cancellation period for online purchases, subject to rules for digital content and services. We do not treat signing up or using this test version as waiving those rights. Any request to supply digital content immediately and waive an applicable cancellation right would need your express consent and acknowledgement before purchase.
You may also have remedies where digital content or services are faulty, not as described or not supplied with reasonable care and skill. Contact creatorincomeedit@gmail.com with your purchase email and receipt reference to request cancellation, a refund or another remedy. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Instagram audit
The Instagram audit is a separate one-off purchase of £99 and does not change your app access. After payment you complete a short form. Kat reviews your public account by hand and emails a written PDF report within 7 working days of receiving your form, covering bio and positioning, profile, highlights, grid, Reels, captions, consistency and brand readiness, with your top 3 priorities and one follow-up email. The audit is expert advice and does not guarantee followers, reach or income. Refunds and cancellation follow your statutory rights as described above.
Using the material
Access is for your own creator business. You may use the templates in your work, but must not resell the learning material, share your login or redistribute the platform.
Advice and results
The lessons, tools, calculators, templates, generated drafts and the Instagram audit are general education and guidance for creators. They are not financial, tax, legal or professional advice, and they are not tailored business advice unless you have purchased the Instagram audit. How you use the material is your decision, and you are responsible for the choices you make in your own business, including what you charge, what you agree with brands and what you publish.
We do not promise or guarantee followers, reach, engagement, brand deals or income of any amount. Any figures in the lessons or calculators are illustrative guides, not predictions of what you will earn. If you need tax, legal or financial advice about your own situation, please speak to a qualified professional such as an accountant or solicitor.
Our responsibility to you
We take reasonable care to provide accurate, helpful material, but we cannot accept responsibility for losses that result from decisions you make based on the education, tools or guidance in the app, including lost income, lost brand deals or other business losses. To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility to you for any claim connected with your purchase is limited to the amount you paid us for that purchase.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our responsibility where the law does not allow it, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under your statutory consumer rights, which are unaffected.
Third parties and availability
The app may mention or link to third-party platforms, marketplaces and services. We are not responsible for their content, terms, availability or any dealings you have with them. We aim to keep the app available and working well, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may update, improve or suspend parts of it from time to time.
Help and changes
Email creatorincomeedit@gmail.com for access or purchase help. Material changes affecting purchased access should be communicated to members and will not remove statutory rights.
